1 Dendrocnide harveyi Manoa falls trail. Approximately 7 meters from container bridge extending up hillside into the arboretum. Shady wet forest, side of trail on the uphill side. Associated; odontonema, philodendron, angiopteris, pothos, albizia, eliocarpus, hau, dimerococtus strobilaceaus. Original planting listed 19 trees by arboretum records. Preserved_Specimen Two tallest trees approximatly 10 m, about 6 dbh. other trees about 5 m tall with 4 dbh. Leaves glossy on both sides, dark upper surface with lighter underside.
